I've been suffering through a strange problem from long time. As in this adult age I have a problem with health. Sometimes The semen very little drops coming out from penis when waking up in morning and randomly when think of little normal sexual thoughts without even touching. Mostly when in ejaculation semen color is yellow or sometimes white, It is very watery and It sometimes comes out without even touching the penis with just thoughts and imagination. It's first time ever happened and started on 2018 end month when I took a medicine given by doctor for my urination burning sensation and Weakness after Urination. I had a problem of burning sensation when urinating and after done urination I feel low on energy, Body pains, Legs pain Joints, Fever and flu like symptoms. But this leakage problem was present also in the earlier time. I don't know if its normal in my age boys or something is not right. Urine reports mostly clear. I feel very low, Flu, Body pains after ejaculation.
