From past few days I think almost 1 week I am having an unusual discharge of  colour in my semen during ejaculation and some of it also comes during my urination... The colour is dark yellow or dark red and also brown sometimes. It also pains just above my penis during urination Is it really chronic?? If I have any treatment I will appreciate... Home treatment if any will be more preferable
