I m just 20 years old ...I am Suffering from semen leakage during bowl movements.it happens when I apply more pressure and force for passing stool . Is this normal.?? BtwI have quicker and hard erection and everything is normal. Someother things That I noticed is that semen odor is Fishy.Is Fishy odor normal? Color is Off white . It's Thick when I masturbate regularly. It is more diluted when I abstain from masturbation. I m health anxious person and suffering from chronic stress( Hypochondria) for last 4 years.
