3months ago ( February'2019 ): I take antibiotic for 10days for epididymo orchitis. After that I did not take any medication. This month (May' 2019): 1. My first (6th May) semen culture report: @ polymorphonuclear leukocytes: 2-3 / hpf @ Culture: positive. @ Organisms:  coagulase negative staphylococcus species 2.Urine culture: Negative 3.After 7days (13th May) repeat Semen Culture Report: @polymorphonuclear leukocytes : 1-2/ hpf @ Culture: Negative. @ Organisms: No growth What it mean? Should I have to worry ?? Pls suggest..

You have infection. Pls take antibiotics after seeing Doctor. After completing the course of antibiotics please repeat the semen culture to confirm that you are cured. Maintain personal hygiene.
