Hi Doc I hv semen count issue it always fluctuate and also itching near my urinary area . I am also trying for baby from8years but no positive response .

Send ur report what is ur semen count and motility? What is ur age? What work do u do? Any addictions? We can go with proper ayurvedic medicine to increase ur sperm count and motility
