Semen analysis report

Recently had sperm analysis. The reports were vol 5 ml, sperm counts 130 m/ml, mortality active 60 % , sluggish 10% , non mortile 30 %. Can u tell me the staus of report one more thing they had mentioned in the report is pus cells 5-6 HPF seen.
