Good evening Dr. Today I have got my semen analysis done and the report is saying normospermia with pyoseminosis. What is the meaning of above and what to do. My sperm count 127million/cmm Motility Total forward progressive 70% Morphology Normal form 80% Volume 3 ml Gap 6 days Can I start my baby planning with the above result
