Self insemination advise
My wife had IUI yesterday. Doctor suggested to make relations after IUI to improve chances. I suffer from erectile Dysfunction. Can I take my semen in a sterile cup and then pour it in my wife vagina, so that no sperm is destroyed if I use fingers instead of sterile cup? Also should I wait for semen to liquify for about 15 min and then pour in vagina or directly after ejaculation? Please advise what should I do.

Yes, self insemination is an established process for pregnancy. many of my patients with sexual problems conceived after self insemination and delivered successfully. Do not wait for semen to liquefy. Just collect it and put it inside the vagina. Good luck.
