Recently I have been diagnosed with PIVD L4-5 on the basis of my MRI report, My symptoms are : - lower back irritation sensation most of the time - feels stretched while I sit on legs - sometimes jerk while sneezing - uncomfortable while sitting without back support - pain on pinching the affected area - stretched feeling radiates all over lumber randomly Best advise i might be offered ???
