Seeking Advice for Vascular Headaches
Hi All,
I have been experiencing frequent headaches, primarily on the left side, along with nausea, dizziness, and sensitivity to sunlight, sounds, and smells. I also feel pain behind my eye socket and on the left side of my face. Additionally, if I focus on something for a prolonged period, my vision becomes blurry. I am also struggling with memory and recall difficulties.
Currently, I am taking Nepra D500 and Amitriptyline 10 mg.

I would appreciate your guidance and suggestions on managing these symptoms.

Your MRI report shows that primarily brain is normal. However, you do have some issues in nose and sinuses, which may aggravate your headache, but it doesn't seem to be the primary reason for your headache. Please consult an ENT specialist for nose and sinus issues and consult neurophysician for optimization of your headache treatment.
