Seeing Pale lines after reading somethin
From past 4 to 5 days whenever i read anything on my smartphone or computer or from any text book and after when i look at the wall or any place esp. Dark place i see horizontal pale lines they stay for few seconds and after that disappears. I have floaters in my both eyes and diagnosed for lattice degeneration 2 years earlier but these pale horizontal lines thing have started recently. I am a student and its affecting my study what should i do?? Please help
Mostly those are after images...
Avoid too much of contrast, dont read in dark
Reduce screen time as much as possible
Maintain sleep
Eat healthy n take vitamin supplements
Dont look for them specifically ..
Do retina check up as advised by doc or in case of new development
