Diagnosed with Sebopsoriasis. Took alopathic treatment for 8 months. But excessive scaling, hair loss and hair thinning. Scaling reoccurs once I stop taking medicines

Scaling in sebopsoriasis needs to be controlled with regular shampooing. You may also be having male pattern baldness which is common along with severe scaling on scalp. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
