I guess i have seashell allergy , whenever i eat prawns or crab i feel very itchy in my throat , lack of breathing too... and when i ate almond i had same experience so im thinking it might be tree nut allergy, So what happens if i get too sick from any of it , The reaction is so fast it only takes up to 2 to 3 minutes . It last like 2 hour max , so it it serious like life threatening ? Do i have to carry Epinephrine ?
