Sir, i m observing my son from past few days the testicle are enlarging day by day first i shared this to my husband he said its normal but now i found the swelling in scrotal i asked my son whether he feel any pain but nothing as such even there is no itching or redness at all plz suggest me the best i stay at Ulwe node navi mumbai any doctor if
