I have been having this constant shrinking in my scrotal sac and penis size and I don't know what is causing it It happens anytime I wake up from a long sleep

it is normal for the scrotal sac to retract when u wake up after sleep because the room temperature is usually low. if you feel penis size is shrinking kindly visit a doctor.
