Scratch on glass strain for optic nerve?

I have read somewhere,if our eye spectacles has some scratches it leads to strain for optic nerve 1)Is it true eye glasses scratches strains to optic nerve which weaknes our eye strength? 2) I have been using my glasses for 4 years, it get some scratches but vision and condition is very clear,can we use for long period or else we need to change ? Please clarify and give me your valuable answers

There is no relation between scratches and optic nerve. If u try to see through a scratched glass, your eyes will strain ...that's it . If everything is fine..you may wear the same glasses .. If you have too many questions..can take a consult .
