Scorpions sting in a 75 year old

Last night my mom was stung by a arizona bark scorpion on the bottom of her foot and just called me and told me 24 hours after this she seems fine foot a little swollen and hurts to step on it but that's it so I was just wondering if we need to be worried about anything reaction at this point? or is she in the clear after this long?
