A possibility of scleroderma cannot be ruled out. Usually scleroderma is associated with skin tightness; change in facial features ; skin becomes very dark Gastritis issues And bluish / black discolouration of fingers called Raynaud’s phenomenon. You didn’t tell about bluish discolouration of fingers on cold exposure. You said only swollen fingers which is also a feather of mixed connective tissue disease.
Next Steps
Kindly do Autoimmune profile ( ANA; immuno blot)
Health Tips
Avoid exposure to cold.
