Scar revision on neck

I have scar marks on my neck around 3-4" on both the side it's looks like burned skin, I do want to make it as earlier, by doing of what treatment it becomes as earlier, what would be the cost of treatment and how many days I should take as bed rest, kindly refly me. Thanking you.

U need to be examined regarding the depth of stretch marks and only then a treatment modality can be suggested...contact for further opinion regarding plan
