I have developed some kind of itchy and scaly patch on my biceps and forearms. It started with a reddish rash looking similar to goosebumps and then overtime the skin dried and cracked. And now it looks like two different skin tones on my biceps. It still gets itchy and itchining cause small cuts and blood comes out(very little though, a small drop). I work in my workshop and i am around powertools all the time. Would love to know if this is some serious medical condition or just a summer thing
