Scalp dermatitis/Acne

I have been facing this problem since last 3-4 years , whenever I consult doctor( skin specialist) and take medicine they get cured but after sometime this problem is again developed. There are red boils on scalp which are painful and itching . Some doctor called it as scalp dermatitis while some consider it as acne vulgaris , folliculitis . Have consulted to 4-5 doctors but haven't got any permanent solution.
