Hlo dr, I have gastric problems and acid reflux... Tried antacids for years but no relief... I have to cure this naturally... Can saunf and mishri after meals helps to stop acid reflux and gas problems...

Saunf and mishri do help with gastritis. Even cold milk in small quantity will be useful. Medicines only provide relief in symptoms,  but it is important to know the reason for cure. Get upper G.I endoscopy  and serology for H. Pylori done.
Health Tips
Take small frequent meals, more of green vegetables, fresh fruits , avoid hot, spicy food, alcohol, pain killer tablets  eating late in evening.  Drink more water.
