My mother started showing covid symptoms around 1st August. Test report for sample collected on 16th August shows SARS-COV-2 IgG anitbody > 400 AU/ml. CRP - 6.46, ESR - 45, lymphocytes 9.8%, neutrophils 87.6%, Ferritin is 370.5 and Di dimer 1.04. she is on medication at home. Please shed some light on these reports.

Antibodies positive ... That means she is in recovery phase or recovered completely... Its 18 days... If her symptoms are better, nothing to be done..good hydration, good food ..
