Salt&Sugar needed for babies under 1?

My seven months old kid refuses to eat food. When I started feeding her solids she ate well the first two days. After that she has lost interest in food. I haven't stopped mother feeding. I add very very little salt to her food. I give her mashed banana(eats little), raw carrot juice(likes it). Is salt &sugar needed for kids under 1?
