How often can I use nasoclear on 3 months old baby with stuffed nose? Is it safe? He has cold and mild cough

Nasoclear is a saline nasal drops....it's safe in babies ...it prevents dryness of nasal mucosa n relieve nasal congestion....it can b used 4-6 truly or even frequently...

since when? are there any other symptoms. It can be used 3-4 times a day but it can cause dryness n sumtyms crusting.
