Is ice compress to eyes a good idea for people with floaters? What are the safety tIps. I am -2 myopic, also have dry eyes for which I use lubricant eye drops and follow 20-20-20 rUle. Can I use eye mask for myself when sleeping?? Will that help or interfere with the vitreous. I understand too much screen time is bad for me. But I get bored. Can I read books after coming home fROM office or will that also be extra load on eyes??? Please answer doctors. I am 26 and I see black thread like floaters. But my fundoscopy is touchwood normal as of now. My eyelid also twitches a lot.
