Safest  high BP medication in pregnancy

Taking BP medication of telma 20 and ciplar 20 from last 1 month. By always come 140 /100. Can I go for pregnancy. Doctor recommend me this due to some trauma in my life. Planning for pregnancy at same time. This should be changed or not. Actually my 2.5 year old very healthy son passed away after a ASD hole closure surgery. Is there any possibility with my 2nd Chance also. My all test were ok during my last pregnancy . At his 2 year of his age it was diagnosed suddenly. Regards Kusum

You can continue these medicines. Have to change telma once you are pregnant. You can diagnose heart issues in child before delivery by doing fetal echo in pregnancy
