I don't know what happened to my lower back. I am not able to walk properly. When I am walking the right side of hip bone is very paining and walking is like limping. Below is my attached MRI report. Please do needful for me

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  This is a spine related issue. In simple terms there is compression of the nerve roots by the bulge in intervertebral disc.
