I had slight fever and cough 3 days back and upon taking imol (2 tablets) , fever stopped and now I have running nose. And took 2 sinarest tablet. Still no effect. No other symptoms except nose block and continues running nose. Thick phlegm seen sometimes at today morning. Light cough is there but it's not associated with phlegm. Any treatment  or tablet pls suggest.
