I noticed a round, coin-sized light red patch with fine white scaling on my stomach yesterday. Since then, a few smaller round patches have appeared on my chest and shoulder. There is no itching, pain, or discharge. Two days ago, I had sneezing and cold-like symptoms after inhaling dust while cleaning my home. I am currently traveling. Meanwhile, please advise if there is anything I should or should not do until then.
