Can rose water be stored at room temperature or refrigeration mandatory. Also, is it good to apply rose water daily at night as a toner.

Rose water made at home using actual flower needs to be refrigerated to avoid bacterial contamination as it has no preservatives. This is the best form for hydration and soothing. Not much of a toner. Chemical rose water need not necessarily be pure rose water..it could just be fragrance of rose /chemicals and a bit of preservatives to increase shelf life.. these don't need refrigeration and might not give benefits of what actual rose water gives.

It can be stored at room temperature. Not a issue. Pure rose water is gentle in nature and helps in maintaining the skin's pH balance. Using rose water as toner is better than using chemical based toners which might dry out the skin. Rose water has soothing properties and can be used as an all-natural skin toner. For acne-prone and oily skin types, rose water toner helps clear away dead skin cells and impurities from your pores. For dry skin types, rose water hydrates your skin and improves your overall skin tone.
