Root cause for my fever and body pain

2021-03-30 17:37:07
On Sunday i roamed 50kms under hot sunny day for some work.on returning home immediately i had bovanto cool drink taking it from fridge with so much chillness. I had 200 ml. Later same day night i started feeling bit feverish and body pain in my neck. Monday morning fever was at 100. Had calpol in monday morning. Since I need to go for work i took calpol on Monday night alson travelled to my work place through bus journey in night. Tuesday i didn't take tablet. But was having mild fever through out the day. Body pain also. Now again on Tuesday night took one calpol. My doubt is whether having chilled cool drink immediately after roaming under bright sunny day is the cause for this body pain n fever? Since now situation is corona pandemic I'm bit concerned with checking in hospital. Kindly clarify. Thank you

Get Paracetamol for fever and bodyache. Get a blood test done for MPDA, CBC, Dengue IgM and get tested for Covid 19.

You have given such a long description but where are the investigations ??? Without investigations there won’t be any treatment. For investigations, u will require prescription
