I've had fever from yesterday night. I take paracetamol after every meal but it my fever keeps rising and falling. I've a throat infection and a runny nose as well. What medications should I take

You need to take antihistamines, Nasal drops, paracetamol,if throat pain is not reducing and fever remains high antibiotics should be taken

Good evening you need to start antibiotics with paracetamol. Along with that you can do betadine gargles three times a day Take steam to nose two times a day Avoid having cold spicy sour food
