My wife is 31weeks pregnent she has type 1 diabetes, from the first month of pregnancy she is on insulin LEVEMIR & NOVORAPID. it was nearly controlled in first 6and half months but after that it is fluctuating a lot day by day even after changing(increasing) the insulin dose many times. Please advice

This is expected. Monitor regularly and consult your endocrinologist or Diabetologist regularly
