Ringworm in and around my inner thigh which I'm panicking about, with itching please suggest the ointment and tablets I should take. Thank you.

Tinea cruris ..fungal infection of body folds...inner thighs etc.. Zoderm-E cream twice daily for 6 weeks Tab.terbinafine 250 mg(zimig) daily once for 3 weeks,daily once after food. Kz (ketoconazole soap )for cleaning  that area. After 6 weeks once lesions come down.. use abzorb dusting twice daily morning & night.
Next Steps
Avoid tight clothing, no inner garments in the night... use dusting powder regularly to prevent recurrence. Maintain  local hygiene and wash inner garments regularly it should not  be wet...before  wearing always it should dry and clean... meet near by Dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
