After my ear surgery ... On 11th of this month .... From today I am getting a ringing sound continously in my operated ear .....

It is common to have blocked sensation, ringing sensation in the ear atleast for 3 weeks after ear surgery. Usually it will resolve on its own within 3 weeks. You need to continue treatment as suggested by your doctor
