I m sufring frm tinnitus since 3 years nosasal jam prob went to bhu but did not found effective solution kindly suggest me best doctor

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What had you been taking and for how long did you take? You can consult a ENT specialist in person at any good hospital near you  for further evaluation and management.  A few tests may be necessary like some blood tests and audiometry.  Best regards.
