Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  No you cannot. Just take the baby to a pediatrician or a dermatologist  and he will prescribe what needs to be taken. Ring guard is a combination cream which does more harm than good. It contains steroids and steroids should not be used unless prescribed for a proper cause. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
