Sir my age is 21 yrs old and from last 2 days I feel discomfort in my right testicle and also having mild pain all the time sir what problem do I have is it testicular torsion or something else, even my right leg feels very weak and having tingling sensation sometimes.   I am very much afraid . Plz help and I  earlier around 2 yrs before I was unable to urinate and was  diagnosed with uti and bph symptoms. Sir plz help about my testis is it testicle tortion or not? I have checked by balls and they look normal but right looks little swollen but no redness nothing and both the testis are at same height . Can I have testicular torsion with discomfort and mild pain ?
