I had sharp right testicle pain 3 years back where doctor gave me injection (I hope paracetamol) next day he did ultrasound scan of scrotum and told right epididymitis with minimal reactive hydrocele. He prescribed following medicine Cifran 500 mg Diethylcarbamazine citrate 100 mg Then pain disappeared Now for the last 3 months pain is coming and going but not sharp this time. It's going to thigh some time. If I take the pill it goes away for a week and comes again. If I stand or walk or wear pants pain is increasing. There is no visible bulge on testicle Please let me know what to take care ? Or those medicines good for testicle pain? Should I change the medication?
