I donate blood some days ago,on that day i masturbate,and nowadays i masturbate regularly sometimes 3 times a day and now i have right testcle mild pain plus my right leg pain ,my right testicle is hanging too lower than my left scortum and also with lite redness around it .my testicle pain want to cure now please help me .what happen to my testicle
