My right side testical was bigger than left sometime I got pain when I sitting for long hours and if I wear a pant tight. I have this problem for more than 3 years and I have consulted the doctor also He physically examined my testies and said your testicals is in very good condition nothing to worry. But now I feel my tights little enlarged blood
