Right side chest pain

Hey, I have a slight pain in my right chest just towards the nipple's right. It aches when I take deep breaths or when I try doing any activity that stretches that muscle. Anything I can do to fix this? If I have to visit a doctor, will a physician do? When do I know I have to visit a doc ?
