Right Nose bleeding

Hi , My right nose is bleeding during evenings from past two days and stops in few minutes Please advice, what could be the Cause ? Thanks

Common causes of nosebleeds include: Picking your nose Blowing your nose very hard Minor injury to your nose Changes in humidity or temperature causing the inside of the nose to become dry and cracked Sinusitis or Nasal polyp Nasal mass Hypertension

There are multiple causes of nasal bleed most common being trauma from cleaning nose, cold, high blood pressure.
Next Steps
Avoid cleaning the nose or blowing the nose. Make sure bp is normal. Start antihistaminic tablets and decongestant nasal drops if you have a cold Get assessed by nearby ENT if symptoms continue.
