Right kidney Pyelactasis in growth scan

Hii sir / madam .during pregnancy  In  growth scan report  shows mild right renal pelviectasis (7mm) . Am worried about this now my baby is 3 months... So please suggest me will this be a problem for my baby or not? Can we do any scan for this ? Thanks in advance
