Hi , In particular case , for example if i move my front facing right hand palm clockwise , i experience pain at ellipsoidal joint . What can be the issue ? Is it a nerve or bone or muscle problem ? Do i need a physiotherapist session or can this be cured by taking medicines ? It occurs once in a blue moon and lasts for 2-3 days

Hello..... Mild pain will be there in if joint ligaments are overstretch or stressed... Without examination and x ray one cannot say whether it's bone or muscle problem.... It's not related to full moon or new moon.... Consult orthopedic surgeon in nearest hospital......
