Right foot upper side burning sensation

Hi, I'm 35 years old male. I'm Software engineer working normal hours 10am-7pm.I put up in Bangalore-Karnataka-India. My problem during every summer, I have burning sensation on my right foot just behind foot fingers on upper foot. This occurs only during bed time so far. Some times this make me awake during middle night. Please let me know the cure.
