At the age of 56 yrs watering since 15 days , there might be mild infection & 2nd partial or Complete blockage of nasolacrimal lacrimal duct , you may use vigamox eye drops 5-6 times + zymaxid eye drops 3-4 times at least for a week ,if there will be due to infection , you will get immediate relief & if it will be due to naso-lacrimal duct blockage , you will get no relief  ,then you should consult ophthmologist for syrining & further advice.
