Hello doc. I AM HAVING RT.EARACHE WITH   WATERY DISCHARGE WITH RUNNY NOSE FOR 3 DAYS.TOOK AZITHRO ; ALLEGRA & ANTIBIOTICS EAR DROPS.SYMPTOMS R NOT IMPROVING.KINDLY HELP.

You may be having acute otitis media. Usually this condition resolves once ear discharge occurs and within few days you should be alright. If pain is still persisting then you should consult nearby ENT specialist as certain conditions require ear cleaning before starting treatment
