Right ear infection

Inside of my son's right ear there is some thing in white colour, I hope fungus, i am not sure. Also around ear there is an allergy in red colour. So please can any one confirm about this and please suggest me the best doctor who can deal with this problem. Thank you.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Looking at the picture, cannot state anything. Because the thing may look completely different when examined by an otoscope. It may be impacted wax also. Take him to a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
